Objectives
To provide efficient and reliable ICT services to all branches and units of the District Secretariat
To develop, implement and maintain digital systems that improve the efficiency of administrative and operational activities.
To automate manual processes and reduce paperwork, duplication and processing time through ICT solutions.
To provide effective technical support for computers, printers, networks, software and other ICT equipment used by staff.
To improve ICT literacy and digital skills among staff through training, awareness programmes and technical guidance.
To maintain and improve the District Secretariat's ICT infrastructure, including computers, networks, internet connectivity, servers and related equipment.
